We’ve been busy over here! 2026 is bringing some exciting updates to Country Tyme Primitives. From brand new stain colors to a beautiful new wood offering, we think you’re going to love them. Whether you’re drawn to the warmth of a primitive aesthetic or leaning toward something a little more modern, there’s something new to get excited about. Here’s a peek at what’s fresh.
Bel Air is a cool, weathered blue-gray that lets the natural character of the wood shine through. Because no two boards absorb stain exactly the same way, every piece finished in Bel Air has its own unique blend of cool tones and warm undertones, making it truly one of a kind. It’s a bit of coastal and rustic without being heavy. You’ll see it here on a jelly cupboard, trash bin cabinet, and dining bench.
Tea is about as far from Bel Air as you can get! It’s the blondest, lightest finish we offer, with a soft, sandy warmth that feels natural and understated. If you love the look of wood that’s been kissed by sunlight and left to age gracefully, Tea is your color.
Shown here on a bookshelf unit, it has an almost Scandinavian simplicity that pairs beautifully with both primitive and modern interiors.
Finished in Tea stain on pine. Pine has a naturally even grain, so your piece will look very similar to what you see here.
Rustic Hickory is now available as a wood option at Country Tyme Primitives! Hickory is known for its dramatic, bold grain. It has rich golden-brown tones with dark streaks, natural character marks, and a depth that catches the light differently depending on where you’re standing. It’s a hardwood with serious presence.
These two coffee tables are made with the same Rustic Hickory wood and the same Bel Air stain — and just look how different they are!
